1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Bonuses & Promotions

- Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to mask your true location.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised means.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing syabas88 staff or other Members.

syabas88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms.
- Your account activity poses a risk of harm to syabas88, other Members, or third parties.
- We are required to do so to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
- Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification checks.
14. Amendments to These Terms
syabas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
